Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

Block Reign provides technology integration services that enable businesses, developers, and individuals to engage with blockchain networks and digital rewards programs. The integrity, security, and lawful operation of our platform depend on every user adhering to this AUP. This Policy is designed to protect Block Reign, our users, our partners, and the broader public from harm caused by misuse of the Services.

2. General Obligations

All users of the Services agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations;
• Treat all other users, partners, and Block Reign personnel with respect and professionalism;
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, private keys, and seed phrases;
• Promptly notify Block Reign at support@blockreign.tech if you become aware of any violation of this AUP or any security incident involving the Services.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the Services. This list is not exhaustive; Block Reign reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any conduct not listed below violates the spirit of this AUP.

3.1 Illegal & Harmful Activity

• Violating any applicable law, regulation, rule, or ordinance, including laws governing digital assets, cryptocurrency, data privacy, consumer protection, anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), and export controls;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or promoting any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity, including phishing, identity theft, impersonation, or misrepresentation of any kind;
• Using the Services to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or otherwise engage in any activity that violates OFAC regulations or any applicable sanctions program;
• Transmitting, posting, or distributing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, abusive, tortious, invasive of privacy, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
• Exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way, including by exposing them to inappropriate content or soliciting personal information from them.

3.2 Intellectual Property Violations

• Infringing upon the copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of Block Reign or any third party;
• Uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that you do not have the legal right to use, reproduce, or distribute;
• Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright notice, trademark, watermark, or other proprietary rights notice contained in or on the Services;
• Using Block Reign’s name, logos, trademarks, or branding without prior written authorization.

3.3 Security & System Integrity

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other user accounts, Block Reign’s internal systems, or any third-party systems connected to the Services;
• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Services or any associated systems or networks without explicit prior written authorization from Block Reign;
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with any security feature, authentication mechanism, access control, or usage restriction of the Services;
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any virus, worm, Trojan horse, ransomware, spyware, adware, malware, or any other malicious or harmful code;
• Conducting or facilitating any denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack against the Services or any third-party infrastructure;
• Using automated tools, bots, spiders, scrapers, or scripts to access, crawl, index, or harvest data from the Services without prior written authorization from Block Reign.

3.4 Blockchain & Digital Asset Misuse

• Misrepresenting, marketing, or promoting any digital reward, utility token, or node license as an investment product, financial instrument, or profit-generating opportunity;
• Engaging in wash trading, spoofing, front-running, pump-and-dump schemes, or any other form of market manipulation in connection with digital assets associated with the Services;
• Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any smart contract, protocol, rewards mechanism, or blockchain feature of the Services for unauthorized gain;
• Using the Services in connection with any transaction involving comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions or persons designated on applicable sanctions lists;
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls implemented by Block Reign, including through the use of VPNs, proxies, Tor networks, or other anonymizing tools.

3.5 Privacy & Data Misuse

• Collecting, harvesting, mining, or otherwise aggregating personal information about other users of the Services without their explicit consent;
• Using the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam), chain letters, bulk messaging, or any other form of unsolicited outreach;
• Storing, processing, or transmitting any sensitive personal information (including payment card data, government identification numbers, or health information) through the Services in a manner inconsistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy;
• Violating the privacy rights of any individual, including by disclosing personal information without authorization.

3.6 Platform Integrity

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing rewards programs, circumventing bans or restrictions, or otherwise manipulating platform metrics;
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services, or the experience of other users;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying technology of the Services without prior written authorization;
• Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercializing access to the Services without prior written authorization from Block Reign.

4. User Content Standards

If the Services permit you to submit, upload, post, or share content (“User Content”), all User Content must comply with the following standards. User Content must not:

• Contain false, misleading, or deceptive statements of fact;
• Infringe any intellectual property right, right of publicity, or privacy right of any third party;
• Contain material that is obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience;
• Promote, glorify, or facilitate violence, terrorism, or hate speech targeting any individual or group based on protected characteristics;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Block Reign reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, monitor, edit, or remove any User Content that, in its sole discretion, violates this AUP or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any content or conduct on the Services that you believe violates this AUP, applicable law, or the rights of any person, please report it to us promptly:

Please include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation, the location within the Services where it occurred, and any supporting information. Block Reign will review all reports in good faith and take appropriate action at its sole discretion.

6. Enforcement & Consequences

Block Reign takes violations of this AUP seriously. Upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected violation, Block Reign reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, to take any or all of the following actions:

• Issue a formal warning to the user;
• Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the user’s account and access to the Services;
• Remove, restrict, or disable access to any User Content that violates this AUP;
• Restrict or modify the user’s access to specific features or functions of the Services;
• Recover from the user any damages, costs, or expenses incurred by Block Reign as a result of the violation;
• Report the user’s conduct and relevant information to applicable law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or other third parties where required by law or where Block Reign determines, in its sole discretion, that such reporting is appropriate;
• Cooperate fully with any investigation by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Enforcement of this AUP does not limit Block Reign’s right to seek any other available legal or equitable remedy. Users remain liable for all consequences arising from their violation of this AUP.

7. No Liability for Third-Party Conduct

Block Reign does not monitor all User Content or user activity on the Services in real time and is not responsible for any content posted or actions taken by users that violate this AUP. Block Reign’s enforcement of this AUP is discretionary and does not create any duty or obligation to monitor, police, or act with respect to user conduct beyond what is required by applicable law.

8. Modifications to This AUP

Block Reign reserves the right to modify or update this AUP at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP. Where material changes are made, we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
