2. Reporting Copyright Infringement — Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, and you believe that any content available on or through the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent.

To be valid and actionable under the DMCA, your takedown notice must include ALL of the following elements (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

• Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notice, you may provide a representative list of such works.
• Identification of the Infringing Material: A description of the material that you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit Block Reign to locate the material on the Services, such as a specific URL or page location.
• Contact Information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so that Block Reign may contact you regarding your notice.
• Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Statement of Accuracy: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Incomplete notices will not be processed. Block Reign reserves the right to request additional information before acting on any notice.

3. Block Reign’s Response to Takedown Notices

Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA takedown notice, Block Reign will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
• Notify the user who posted the material (the “Respondent”) that the content has been removed and provide a copy of the takedown notice (with your personal contact information redacted where appropriate);
• Inform the Respondent of their right to submit a counter-notification under the DMCA if they believe the removal was made in error.

Block Reign will act expeditiously upon receipt of a valid notice but cannot guarantee any specific response time.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you are a user whose content has been removed or disabled in response to a DMCA takedown notice, and you believe the removal was made in error or as a result of misidentification of the material, you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated DMCA agent.

To be valid under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)), your counter-notification must include ALL of the following:

• Identification of the Removed Material: A description of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared on the Services before removal (e.g., the specific URL or page).
• Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are located outside the United States, any judicial district in which Block Reign may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice or an agent of that person.
• Contact Information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Block Reign will forward a copy to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files a court action seeking an order restraining the user from engaging in the infringing activity within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the counter-notification, Block Reign may, at its discretion, restore the removed material within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days of receiving the counter-notification.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and Block Reign’s commitment to protecting intellectual property rights, Block Reign maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Block Reign’s sole discretion, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A “repeat infringer” is a user who has been the subject of more than one valid DMCA takedown notice, or who Block Reign otherwise determines, in its sole judgment, to be a repeat or willful infringer of third-party copyrights.

Block Reign reserves the right to take any additional action it deems appropriate with respect to repeat infringers, including permanent termination of access to all Services without notice or refund.

6. Misrepresentation & Abuse of the DMCA Process

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by the alleged infringer, the copyright owner or its licensee, or Block Reign.

Block Reign reserves the right to disregard, reject, or report to appropriate authorities any DMCA notice or counter-notification that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, abusive, or submitted in bad faith.

7. No Legal Advice

The DMCA process involves legal rights and obligations. Block Reign strongly encourages all parties — copyright owners and users alike — to consult with a qualified intellectual property attorney before submitting a DMCA takedown notice or counter-notification. Nothing in this DMCA Policy constitutes legal advice.

8. Other Intellectual Property Claims

This DMCA Policy applies solely to claims of copyright infringement under U.S. law. If you believe that content on the Services infringes your trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@blockreign.tech with a description of your claim and supporting information. Block Reign will review such claims in good faith and respond as appropriate.

9. Updates to This Policy

Block Reign may update this DMCA Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or our practices. The current version will always be posted on our website with an updated Effective Date.
