Block Reign enables businesses, developers, and individuals to integrate products and services with blockchain technologies and to reward users with digital assets for engagement and participation. This Policy applies to all Personal Data collected through our website, Services, and any other interactions where Block Reign acts as a data controller or co-controller.

If you are located in the EU, UK, or any U.S. state with applicable data privacy laws, additional rights described in this Policy apply to you.

2. Definitions

• Personal Data / Personal Information: Any information that identifies, or could reasonably be used to identify, a specific individual, directly or indirectly.
• Sensitive Personal Data / Special Categories: Data as defined under GDPR or applicable U.S. law, including racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information, biometric data, or financial account information.
• Processing: Any operation performed on Personal Data, including collecting, recording, storing, using, disclosing, transferring, or deleting.
• Data Subject / Consumer / User: A natural person whose Personal Data is processed by Block Reign.
• Controller / Processor: As defined under GDPR and applicable U.S. state privacy laws. Block Reign acts as a Controller for data it collects directly and as a Processor for data processed on behalf of business customers.

3. What Data We Collect

Depending on your interaction with the Services, we may collect the following categories of Personal Data:

• Identity & Contact Data: Full name, email address, mailing address, telephone number.
• Account & Login Data: Usernames, hashed passwords, authentication tokens, account preferences.
• Transactional Data: Records of user interactions, digital reward transactions, usage history, and engagement metrics.
• Device & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and session data collected via cookies and analytics tools.
• Blockchain Data: Public wallet addresses, on-chain transaction identifiers and hashes, node license ownership records (where applicable).
• Financial Data: Payment method details (processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors; Block Reign does not store full payment card numbers).
• Sensitive Data: Only collected with your explicit prior consent or as otherwise required by law.
• Voluntary / Optional Data: Survey responses, feedback, preferences, demographic information you choose to provide.

4. How We Use Your Data

Block Reign uses Personal Data for the following purposes:

• Providing, operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Services;
• Enabling businesses, developers, and partners to integrate with blockchain features and delivering digital rewards programs;
• Customer support, account administration, communications, and service notifications;
• Fraud prevention, security monitoring, identity verification, KYC/AML compliance, and detection of abuse;
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, including OFAC sanctions screening;

5. Legal Bases for Processing

5.1 Under GDPR (EU/UK Users)

• Consent: Where you have provided clear and explicit consent for a specific processing purpose.
• Contract Performance: Where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you or take pre-contractual steps at your request.
• Legal Obligation: Where processing is required to comply with applicable EU, UK, or Member State law.
• Legitimate Interests: Where processing serves our legitimate business interests and those interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.

5.2 Under U.S. State Privacy Laws

Where required by applicable state law, we process Personal Data based on consent, contract performance, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes consistent with your rights. We honor applicable opt-out rights for the sale, sharing, or use of Personal Data for targeted advertising.

6. Sharing & Disclosure of Personal Data

Block Reign does not sell your Personal Data for monetary consideration. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients:

• Service Providers & Vendors: Third parties engaged to provide services on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing, email communications, KYC/identity verification). All service providers are subject to contractual obligations of confidentiality and data protection consistent with applicable law.
• Business Partners: Entities with whom we jointly deliver integrated products or features, under appropriate data protection agreements.
• Legal & Regulatory Authorities: Where required by applicable law, court order, regulatory mandate, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Block Reign, our users, or the public.
• OFAC & Sanctions Screening: We may disclose data to comply with our OFAC and sanctions obligations and to prevent prohibited transactions.
• Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of Block Reign’s assets, under appropriate confidentiality and data protection safeguards.
• Aggregated or De-Identified Data: We may share data that has been aggregated or anonymized in a manner that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

7. International Data Transfers

Block Reign is headquartered in the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. 10. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to provide, personalize, analyze, and secure the Services. You may manage or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings or our consent management tools. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of some features.

We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising without your prior consent where required by applicable law.

11. Security

Block Reign maintains commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security safeguards designed to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We conduct regular security assessments and reviews of our practices and systems.

In the event of a Personal Data breach, we will notify affected individuals and relevant regulatory authorities as required by applicable law and within the legally mandated timeframes.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). Block Reign does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children without verifiable parental or guardian consent. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from a child below the applicable age threshold, we will promptly delete such information. 13. Applicable U.S. State Privacy Laws — 2025–2026

Block Reign complies with all applicable U.S. state consumer data privacy laws to the extent required by law. The following table reflects the current landscape of enacted U.S. state privacy laws as of the Effective Date of this Policy. We continue to monitor legislative developments and will update our practices accordingly.

In addition to state laws, Block Reign monitors and complies with applicable federal privacy laws, including COPPA, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) where applicable, and other applicable federal requirements.

Key consumer rights under most U.S. state privacy laws include: the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used; the right to correct inaccurate personal information; the right to delete personal information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; the right to opt out of targeted advertising; and the right to non-discrimination. 14. European / UK Data Protection (GDPR)

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, Block Reign’s data processing practices are aligned with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

Under GDPR, you have rights including: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK or the relevant EU Data Protection Authority).

16. Erasure / Right to be Forgotten

Where permitted by applicable law, you have the right to request the permanent deletion or irreversible anonymization of your Personal Data. To submit such a request, email privacy@blockreign.tech. We will evaluate your request in accordance with applicable law. Please note that certain data may be retained where required by law, regulation, court order, or to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above and provide notice through the Services or by email where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
